Update on Evan

Last friday we were thrilled to get an update on Evan along with the 2 pictures I have posted.  The update gave us new measurements (he's about 3-4 inches shorter than Avery).  It also told us he was in Kindergarten which I believe is very young for the age they gave us of 7.  However it also said he had a thick tongue (tongue-tied?) and was not very articulate.  This is the first we heard of this however in the video they sent us he does not talk.  I will be meeting with an international adoption doctor in the future and she may have another idea for what this means.
